Fantastisch
Positive: Een goede slaapplek in het centrum van Chablis. Goed verzorgd, netjes, goede bedden, luxe keuken.
Negative: Als je slecht ter been bent houdt er dan rekening mee dat er geen lift is.

Boa , porém precisa melhorar atenção com hóspede no quesito conforto e informação sobre o checkin
Positive: Localização central, próxima aos restaurantes, lojas e bares. Quarto muito bem equipado, confortável, com toda estrutura para cozinhar e espaçoso.
Negative: Ficamos no 2º andar, sem elevador , sem limpeza diária.
Não explicaram bem como entrar na residência com as senhas .

Negative: La norme pour ce type de logements et à ce niveau de prix en cette saison creuse c'est un lit de 180 (ou 2*80 ou 2*90) avec des couettes qui font un peu plus que la largeur du lit. Ce point est à revoir !
